A newly opened San Antonio charter school entered a competitive market with limited brand recognition and partnered with EXCD Digital to build community awareness, trust, and early enrollment momentum.

As a new charter campus, the school faced low brand awareness and strong competition and needed to quickly reach families, communicate its mission, and convert interest into enrolled scholars.

A culturally relevant, non-ad-like enrollment strategy, paired with a guerrilla Google Ads approach, was implemented to capture high-intent families and funnel them through an automated system from initial interest through tours, calls, and completed applications.

Over 220 new students were enrolled within 60 days, with 96 percent of enrollments directly attributed to EXCD Digital campaigns.
