Liberation Academy needed a modern website that clearly communicated its mission while serving two very different audiences: potential families exploring enrollment, and current parents needing quick access to school information. The existing site was visually outdated, difficult to navigate, and not optimized for mobile, which led to confusion, frustration, and frequent calls to the front office. A full website redesign was initiated to improve usability, clarify enrollment pathways, and better reflect the school’s values and culture.
The previous website struggled to meet the needs of both prospective and current families. Priority pages were optimized for quick access, reducing friction and confusion.
Following the redesign, Liberation Academy saw measurable improvements in both engagement and operational efficiency. The new website made enrollment information easier for prospective families to understand, while current parents could find resources without assistance. As a result, phone calls to the school were reduced by 30%.
